My HR team set up the job posting and I was only in charged on the recruitment and viewing candidates on JazzHR so maybe it is a settings that we forgot to check.

If for example some team members use it for booking interviews, but others insist on booking interviews through Outlook, it will be very difficult to keep track of what’s happening.

The only thing that I disliked was the default email settings. Any interaction from people applying for vacancies triggered email notifications.
